Technical Data: Display Glare Measurement Device SMS-1000
Developing an innovative measurement system that allows for quantitative measurements to be performed inexpensively and with easier operation.
This document includes information about the equipment used to measure the "glare" generated by displays with pixels of varying brightness, handled by Aphrodite Corporation. To quantitatively measure the four parameters of "glare," "resolution," "reflection characteristics," and "transmission characteristics," we have developed an innovative measurement system. We introduce the causes of glare, its definition, and measurement methods, along with graphs and other illustrations. [Contents (excerpt)] ■ Causes of glare ■ What is glare ■ Glare evaluation system specifically for displays ■ Overview of SMS-1000 ■ Hardware specifications of SMS-1000 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Next-generation high-resolution display glare measurement system SMS-1000
The SMS-1000 display flicker measurement device is one of the world standard devices in the display industry, equipped with four functions: flicker measurement, sharpness, reflection diffusion distribution, and transmission diffusion distribution. Our company will be selling high-magnification lenses for the SMS-1000 that are compatible with future high-resolution displays. This will enable highly accurate measurement of flicker and sharpness for displays with resolutions exceeding 500 ppi. For more details, please contact us.
