Case: Foundation established for offshore wind turbines.
Fully automatic operation! Human errors during manual leveling are completely eliminated by the system!
Bard Engineering GmbH, a wind turbine manufacturer, has developed a unique concept for the foundations of wind turbines. The mast is placed on a support beam located above three main piles that are above the water surface. Our "Synchronous Hydraulic Lifting System" is used to support offshore wind turbines with impressive precision and timing. The installation process was controlled using our computer system, which utilizes stroke sensors and inclinometers. Once the column is level, it is secured with a 5-meter-high concrete casing around each pile, and concrete is poured into the cavity to create a 13 cm thick ring on the walls of the column and piles.
