The chip accumulation prevention jig is a jig equipped with functional components designed to prevent chip accumulation. To adapt to the environment within the machining machine, each functional component is made of CFRP laminated molded products that possess high strength, heat resistance, and coolant resistance. Furthermore, by using a free shape to match existing jigs, it enables the suppression of chip accumulation with a high discharge nozzle and a cover that does not hinder discharge. By simply attaching it to existing jigs, it prevents chip accumulation and achieves "improved production efficiency."
