It is possible to significantly improve productivity and processing accuracy while providing a simpler and clearer process sequence. The optimization of the servo axis allows for a compact axis configuration that ensures high precision and enables the creation of highly flexible programs. A hydrostatic spindle with high precision, rigidity, and damping characteristics is adopted. It can accommodate up to four fixtures simultaneously, thereby reducing cycle time. While maintaining excellent accessibility for maintenance and tool changes, the compact design minimizes the installation area. The main spindle reduces vibration through hydrostatic bearings and direct drive. With very compact machine dimensions (5340mm x 2670mm), it can be transported as a single unit.
