粉体の連続捏和や造粒の前工程できわめて高い能力を発揮
双半円固定容器内部の並列軸に並べた特殊な羽根の回転を採用しています。 原料を混合～湿潤体（別途加湿装置が必要）にし、そのまま回分式ニーダーと同じ作用を与えて、混練間での一連の作業をおこないます。 また、湿式押出造粒操作では、一般的に粉体粒子間の空隙率を少なくさせ、さらに空隙を満たす水分を与えてから加圧する必要があり、このような場合の前工程にもコンティニュアスニーダーは最適です。 ※詳しくはカタログをご覧いただくか、お気軽にお問い合わせください。

System Configuration and Data Sharing The LabX Server can connect to Mettler Toledo's XPR Ultra Micro and Micro Balances, XPE Analytical Balances, Quattro Dispensing Solutions, SevenExcellence pH Meters, Excellence Automatic Melting Point Determination Devices, Spectrophotometers, and Titrators. By connecting these devices via LAN, it is also possible to share data between them. Furthermore, data can be automatically transferred to external systems.
