[Experiment] Aluminum Melting Aluminum (40mm square) was sprayed with superheated steam at 1000°C and melted in about 5 minutes. It is characterized by the ability to melt the required amount near the mold, and the low-oxygen state of the superheated steam prevents the formation of an oxide film on the surface of the melted aluminum.

[Experiment] Carbon Fiber Recycling Cut golf shafts were subjected to 1000°C superheated steam for about 1 minute, causing the resin to sublimate and returning it to a fiber state. This recycling method is attracting attention for keeping the damage to the carbon fibers extremely low.
