Two sample prototypes of hairpin stators: <X pin, U pin>
Mainly responding to requests for prototype samples of stators for EV motors! Progressing prototypes in the best possible way for various sizes and wire shapes.
We would like to introduce our "stator sample prototyping" services. Generally, as part of the mass production plan, prototypes of "samples by development phase (so-called A, B, C samples)" are created. After prototyping and verifying the initial A sample, B samples (for performance and functionality verification) are designed and prototyped based on the issues identified. Furthermore, taking the results into account, C samples (prototypes close to mass production specifications) are prototyped, which is a typical phased development flow. 【Features】 ■ We have received orders from several major domestic companies, and we are particularly confident in our high production technology using hairpin flat wire. ■ We have experience in producing stators using not only copper wire but also aluminum flat wire. ■ While we do not have experience in prototyping W pins, it may be possible depending on the request. ■ Production of X pin stator assemblies. ■ Evaluation of forming and welding of aluminum flat wire. ＼ For more details, please check "Download Catalog" ／
