Qdos H-FLO: Chemical dosing and injection pump capable of handling up to 600L/hr.
It provides the same accuracy and reliability as other Qdos peristaltic pumps and chemical dosing pumps. The Qdos H-FLO pump has long maintenance intervals, reducing the impact of process downtime and lowering total ownership costs. Removes auxiliary equipment. Diaphragm metering pumps often require various high-maintenance auxiliary items to function. Qdos pumps eliminate the need for auxiliary equipment while ensuring accurate, linear, and reproducible dosing under various process conditions. Features and Benefits: * The Qdos H-FLO offers flow rates of up to 600L/h and pressure performance of up to 0.7MPa. * RFID pump head detection ensures the correct pump head is confirmed. * A tachometer for pump head inspection and maintenance. * Several pump head options on a single common pump drive to accommodate changes in process conditions and chemical properties. * Network integration, control, and communication options include EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS, and PROFINET. * Optional pressure detection kit with configurable alarms for process monitoring.

Qdos CWT (Conveying Wave Technology) new transfer technology
The new transfer technology operates by repeatedly compressing and restoring a unique wetted element using the principle of peristalsis. This pump uses a strip-shaped EPDM element instead of a tube that operates against a PEEK track. As a result, the stress experienced by the wetted element is significantly lower compared to that of a tube. For this reason, the Qdos CWT (Conveying Wave Technology) pump has a significantly longer service life than conventional pumps. CWT, along with its unique wetted element, offers the following advantages: - Longer lifespan compared to tubes - No gas entrapment - Stable performance even with fluctuations in temperature and pressure - Consistently high accuracy throughout the pump's lifespan due to mechanical recovery
