The Misfire Generator is an ignition control device specialized in the development, adaptation, verification, and certification of engine misfire diagnostics.

The Misfire Generator (MFG) complies with the SAE J2910 misfire testing standards. It generates a variety of misfire patterns and supports a wide range of ignition systems, providing high precision and flexible misfire conditions. Users can create any misfire pattern using dedicated software, download it to the MFG unit, and execute misfire generation. The device's setting parameters and misfire patterns can be exported to a CSV file for reuse. Additionally, by editing the CSV file, users can modify the misfire patterns. This functionality allows for efficient operation of misfire diagnosis development and verification testing.
