Silicon-impregnated reaction-sintered SiC

Low sintering shrinkage and high dimensional accuracy! Composite ceramics that are easy to create in large and complex shapes.

Silicon infiltration reaction-sintered SiC is a composite ceramic made by infiltrating molten silicon (Si) into a porous body of silicon carbide (SiC). Formally known as reaction-bonded silicon carbide (RB-SiC), it possesses characteristics such as high hardness, high wear resistance, and high thermal conductivity. The heat resistance temperature is approximately 1300 to 1350°C. 【Main Features】 ■ High hardness and high wear resistance ■ High thermal conductivity ■ Low sintering shrinkage and high dimensional accuracy ■ Easy to create large and complex shapes *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company, founded in 1972, is composed of two divisions: the trading division and the manufacturing division. In the trading division, we sell raw materials and refractories for ceramics and steelmaking, as well as various labor-saving machines related to ceramics. In the manufacturing division, we produce decorative terracotta and tiles of various sizes, and we also provide contract firing for various firing processes and catalysts. The refractories and decorative building materials, including terracotta of various sizes, that we propose and provide, taking into account production efficiency and durability for specific applications, have received high praise in the industry, and we confidently engage in business negotiations. We possess ample experience in firing related to ceramics, including special glass and various catalysts, along with the know-how and equipment to meet the increasingly diverse demands. We believe we can provide satisfactory responses to inquiries regarding various firing process tests and production. As we move towards a diversifying society, please consider our company, which is capable of proactive responses, for your needs.
