The "Team Report Task (tr-task)" is a cloud-based schedule management software designed for the manufacturing site of molds, jigs, and prototype processing, where orders for unique items come in one after another. It allows you to register processes such as order, design, rough processing, finishing, assembly, and trial for each project, displaying the progress from start to completion in color. The only required fields for project registration are the project name and date. Frequently used workflows can be registered as templates, allowing for on-the-spot registration of spontaneous inquiries, with the ability to add details later. The workload for each person in charge is listed, and the order can be rearranged by dragging. The daily load is displayed as a total time based on the estimated work hours, enabling you to confirm "whether it can really be accommodated on that schedule" before responding to deadlines. Actual working hours are automatically recorded with start and end buttons, and aggregated by project and client. The accumulated data on how much man-hours were spent on similar-shaped projects serves as a basis for future estimates.
