The "Team Report Task (tr-task)" is a cloud-based schedule management software designed for the design and manufacturing of control panels and electrical equipment, where specifications change for each order. You can register processes such as specification meetings, circuit design, parts procurement, sheet metal work, wiring, inspection, and shipping according to your company's workflow, and the progress of each project is displayed in color. When a single project is divided among designers and wiring personnel, responsibilities can be assigned by phase. You can easily identify projects that are stalled due to waiting for parts or are delayed in inspection, allowing you to catch signs of potential delivery delays early. The workload for each technician is totaled daily based on estimated work hours and can be checked on the leader screen, enabling numerical assessment of the need for additional support. Daily tasks are automatically recorded with the start recording button and aggregated by project, client, and process. The breakdown of design and manufacturing work hours is visible, improving the accuracy of estimates for future orders.
