The "Team Report Task (tr-task)" is a cloud-based schedule management software designed for development teams that handle both contracted development and maintenance projects simultaneously. It allows you to register processes such as requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and release for each project, displaying the progress with colors. When multiple members share a single project, responsibilities can be assigned for each process. Projects without assigned members are kept in an unassigned group and can be easily dragged once assignments are made. The workload for each member is totaled and displayed daily based on the estimated work hours set for each process. You can determine whether there is capacity to accommodate additional requests or handle issues based on time rather than intuition. Work hours are automatically recorded using start and end buttons, and aggregated by project, client, and process. The actual work hours for each project remain, providing a basis for future estimates and revisions of maintenance contracts. It also supports notifications to Chatwork and Slack, as well as integration with Kintone.
