This is a cartridge filter made of PTFE membrane and composed of polypropylene or polyethylene, featuring excellent chemical resistance. The PTFE membrane filter does not use surfactants. Additionally, the filter seals are thermally fused, making it a clean cartridge filter. All products have undergone integrity testing, ensuring a highly reliable cartridge filter. The TCF-020L offers an effective filtration area 2.3 times larger than the conventional TCF-020, and the TCF-050L has an effective filtration area 2.5 times larger than the conventional TCF-050, achieving high flow rates and extended lifespan. ◆ To reduce elution from polypropylene, we changed the material to high-density polyethylene for liquid crystal and semiconductor resist filtration, thereby decreasing elution. ◆ In addition to the conventional pore size of 0.2μm, we offer four other pore sizes: 0.05μm, 0.1μm, 0.5μm, and 3.0μm, allowing for more precise filtration and use as a pre-filter. ◆ The PTFE membrane filters do not use surfactants. ◆ The seals of the filters are thermally fused, resulting in a clean cartridge filter. ◆ All products have undergone integrity testing, ensuring high reliability.
