The "AT-75U Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacturing Line" is a forming roll shaping line that produces stainless steel round pipes and square pipes. The producible sizes range from φ25×t0.8 to φ114.3×t4.0. It can handle thicker plate materials as well. Plasma + high pulse TIG welding is performed, followed by bead polishing on the outer surface using a bead polishing device. Product cutting is done with a new low-speed circular saw cutting machine, which results in minimal burrs and clean cutting surfaces, and it is equipped with a stacking platform that allows for automatic accumulation.
