[Power Supply Design Proposal Example] Miniaturization by Adopting Conductive Cooling

Mounted on an insulated heat-dissipating aluminum plate with internal circuit boards and components! Achieving miniaturization!

In the development project for a power supply device for aircraft, there was a request for miniaturization. While there was a request for natural air cooling, attempting to accommodate this would require more than three times the required volume. By switching from natural air cooling to conductive cooling, miniaturization becomes possible. In this case, we implemented the internal circuit board and mounted components on an insulated heat-dissipating aluminum plate, allowing us to adopt a conductive cooling method. As a result, we achieved the miniaturization of the power supply device based on the specified requirements.
