[Power Supply Design Proposal Case] Ensuring Heat Dissipation Performance and Miniaturization
Innovative shape! By achieving this without adding a cooling fan, it is possible to miniaturize the power supply!
The customer had designed and manufactured a power supply of 24V 3.5A with an input of AC/DC 100V at a width of 50mm. Due to the specifications of the equipment, it was necessary to change the width to 27mm, but there were concerns about heat dissipation performance, and they consulted us. By innovating the shape of the heat sink and considering the opening position of the cover, we were able to improve the heat dissipation efficiency even at 27mm and ensure the performance of the power supply. Additionally, by achieving this without adding a cooling fan, we were able to miniaturize the power supply.
