We received a request to fit a power supply with an output of 24V 10A and an input of AC 100-200V wide range, including peripheral circuits such as output signal control, into a size of 60×250×150. Typically, in natural air cooling, the power supply is calculated at 8.5cc per watt, and if a standard circuit design is used, it will not fit within the requested size. Therefore, our company has achieved high efficiency by adopting a synchronous rectification circuit at the output to enhance the conversion efficiency of the switching regulator, fitting it into the size of 60×250×150.
