ATY yarn manufacturing machine suitable for the production of industrial materials such as vehicle-related and interior components.
The "AT-501 HDIII" is a machine that produces yarn known as ATY by feeding long fibers (POY, FDY) such as nylon and polyester into an air mixing nozzle using feed rollers set to an arbitrary speed. It utilizes the turbulence generated by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle or mix the fed yarn. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with four hot rollers (Φ110mm) per weight, which can be set to arbitrary speeds. ・ Capable of supplying POY and FDY of synthetic long fibers such as nylon and polyester. ・ Adopts a stretching method using hot rollers, allowing for stable stretching of thicker supply raw yarn compared to shaft drive machines. ■ The stretching using hot rollers enables the production of yarn with low boiling water shrinkage rates. ■ The size of the ATY loops can be adjusted with a 3,000mm secondary heater. ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC. ■ Condition input can be selected from touch panel or PC methods. ■ Adopts a weight drive method, allowing for small lot production of various qualities. *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download. *Factory tours are also available.
