The "RW-800" is a machine that connects small balls created due to thread breaks during production into one large ball. 【Features】 ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC ■ Input conditions can be selected using a touch panel or PC ■ The R side and L side of the machine can produce under different conditions ■ Adopts a line shaft drive system, resulting in less quality variation between weights ■ Each weight is equipped with a doffing timer to maintain thread uniformity ■ Winding size is 8 inches (200mm) * An option for 10 inches (250mm) is also available ■ The maximum number of weights is 96, with the ability to increase weights by 8 (1 block) * For more details, please feel free to contact us. * Factory tours are also available.
