The "KA-532ST" is a machine that produces filament yarns by splitting raw yarns made of materials such as nylon and polyester into one (monofilament) or several strands. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for small lot production and a wide variety of monofilament production, including ultra-fine yarns and electrostatic yarns. ■ Equipped with a temporary twisting mechanism for the splitting machine. ■ Capable of directly producing bulky split yarns from splitting raw yarns (parent yarn). ■ Equipped with spindles of 12 bobbins on one side (KA-524 OF) or 16 bobbins on one side (KA-532 OF). ・ A total of 24 or 36 spindles on both sides. ・ Capable of splitting yarns into a maximum of 12 or 16 parts. ■ Can split not only FDY but also POY. ■ The R side and L side of the machine can be produced under different conditions. ■ Both sides are equipped with yarn length counters to maintain yarn consistency. ■ Winding bobbin size is Φ50×420mm, and it can also accommodate winding onto paper tubes. ■ Adopts an overfeed roller to adjust and stabilize winding tension. * For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download. * Factory tours are also possible.
