The "ASFC-M Series" is part of the carbon fiber manufacturing line and is a machine that sends the raw material, acrylic fiber (PAN-based precursor), to the next process. 【Features by Lineup】 ■ASFC-M Thanks to a unique back tension mechanism controlled collectively by an inverter, it is possible to deliver all the raw yarns with uniform tension. ■ASFC-MG An additional mechanism calculates the winding diameter of the supplied raw yarn based on the unwinding speed and spindle rotation speed, allowing for tension control at each spindle.
