The "AS-05B" is a silver grease that enhances thermal conductivity by increasing the contact surface area with high-density, nano-sized particles. It is a high-performance grease with a thermal conductivity of 9.0 W/m·K and does not contain silicone. Thanks to the use of special oil, it does not harden over long periods.
