This is a DP-HDMI passive cable that features a latch-free connector for smooth insertion and removal, and a slim cable for easy wiring.
This allows a computer with DisplayPort to be connected to a TV with HDMI, etc. (It cannot convert HDMI output to DisplayPort.) It supports high resolutions up to 4K UHD (3840×2160)/30Hz. In a Full HD (1920×1080) environment, it can output up to 120Hz. It is a passive type conversion cable. The DisplayPort connector does not have a latch (locking mechanism), allowing for smooth insertion and removal even in tight spaces. It is recommended for environments where there is limited space around the small HDMI connector.
