The Knife Gate Valve is designed for use in demanding powder handling processes and slurry pipeline applications. Aisin Industry, a manufacturer specializing in powder and bulk material handling equipment, offers knife gate valves equipped with an air purge mechanism to suppress powder ingress into the shaft sealing area, as well as provisions for installing a valve positioner to enhance flow control performance. These features enable stable, reliable, and low-maintenance operation over long service periods. The valve lineup includes both manual handwheel and pneumatic actuator types. The manual handwheel type employs a SUS304 stainless steel double-lead threaded stem, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and smooth operation over extended use. High sealing performance is achieved at the gland packing section through an optimized combination of PTFE scrapers, gland packing, and silicone packing.
