The "Disperser Agitator Homogenizer HD Type" features a structure where the agitator is directly installed above the mixing tank. The drive of the motor output shaft and the mixing shaft is standardly fixed rotation, using a V-belt, and the mixing shaft is supported by a robust bearing at the center of the frame, smoothly transmitting power to the rapidly rotating blades. The standard type is divided into D4 for blending and D5 for dispersion, depending on the mixing conditions, with each specifying the size of the mixing capacity, power, rotation speed, and blades.
