Our company, A.J. Tex Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Toyoaki Tanaka), issued a "donation-type SDGs private placement bond (with bank guarantee)" on Friday, March 26, 2021. The underwriting bank is Hokuriku Bank, and the issuance is for long-term working capital purposes.
