Traditionally, the method for extracting powdered materials from paper bags involved inverting the opened bag, which resulted in foreign substances attached to the outside of the bag contaminating the powder. Additionally, there were issues related to environmental pollution caused by dust dispersion during the loading process. This device resolves such troubles. It is an automatic suction device for powder paper bags that inserts a nozzle from the top of the opened paper bag to suction and transport the powder through air, allowing for extraction at any desired location. 【Features】 - Foreign substances on the surface of the paper bag do not mix in. - The suction nozzle operates optimally from the top of the opened and set paper bag, efficiently extracting the powder. - A movable bag holder prevents the paper bag from being sucked into the suction nozzle. - Air blowing from the suction nozzle minimizes residual powder inside the bag. - The suction operation can be optimally set according to the physical properties of each powder.
