With a simple structure and compact size, it is a feeder that excels in maintainability. - The valve opening, oscillation stroke, and oscillation speed can be freely controlled by the motor. - It allows for quantitative cutting as a discharge feeder, or high-precision measurement in a short time. - The oscillating motion enables smooth discharge of powders that are difficult to discharge. It can also discharge powders that could not be discharged with our conventional valve feeders. - By adjusting the parameters of the oscillating motion, a wide range of flow control is possible, from very small cuts to large inputs. - Operating in conjunction with a discharge promotion device (vibrator type) enables even smoother discharge. - Due to its simple structure of valve and motor, maintenance such as disassembly and cleaning is easy.
