The "Alfa Laval Culturefuge 200" is a steam sterilizable hermetic centrifuge designed to separate not only animal and microbial cells but also cell debris and suspended proteins, with a processing capacity of up to 10m³/h. 【Other Features】 - The completely airtight structure minimizes shear stress and achieves an oxygen-free state. - The disk stack can be changed according to the solid content. - Two types of pump impeller diameters are available for selection. - Easy to perform Clean-In-Place (CIP). - Complete modules of the centrifuge can be provided. - The design pressure of the bowl casing is 300 kPa. - The design pressure of the cooling jacket connected to the centralized cooling circuit is 300 kPa. - The structure of the bowl casing and cooling jacket complies with ASME or PED standards. - Stationary sterilization (SIP) with 270 kPa of steam for a 20-30 minute cycle is possible, including the discharge device. - Most parts in contact with the processing liquid can be selected from two types of surface finishes. - Passivation of the product's wetted parts (optional). - All wetted polymer parts and sealing rings of the product comply with FDA standards. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
