We will be exhibiting at CEATEC JAPAN 2019 from October 15 to 18.
We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at "CEATEC JAPAN 2019," which will be held at Makuhari Messe starting October 15th. At this exhibition, we plan to showcase a variety of products, including our flagship micro-pressure and low-pressure sensors, as well as new products such as the ELVR series of micro-pressure sensors that support both analog and digital outputs, and demonstrations of our pressure remote monitoring system. In addition to the above All Sensors products, we will also be displaying some products from Amphenol, as we became a member of the Amphenol Group in June 2018. We sincerely hope you will take this opportunity to visit us.

Application Introduction: Fan Static Pressure
The "static pressure" of a fan is one of the two parameters that define the performance of the fan. The more common parameter is "the amount of air the fan moves per minute or per hour." The static pressure of a fan is the resistance pressure that the fan must overcome to move air in the desired direction. For PC gamers, both high airflow fans and high static pressure fans are required. High static pressure fans are used in areas where PC components obstruct airflow, such as in front of radiators, CPU coolers, GPU coolers, and hard drives. High static pressure is necessary to create airflow in enclosed spaces. The Air Pressure Fan Masterfan Pro 120 (Cooler Master) is ideal for blowing air into high-temperature components or tight spaces. In low-pressure situations, digital output pressure sensors like the All Sensors DLLR Series can accommodate manufacturing, installation verification, or ongoing operational measurements.

Application Introduction: Pressure and Air Sampling
If water damage occurs inside the house, especially on the walls, it is recommended that restoration companies sample the air to determine whether dangerous mold has developed. This sampling method simply involves collecting air near the affected wall in a container for laboratory analysis. Low-cost tests obtain volumetric measurement samples by inhaling air at a constant speed for a set period. After that, the samples can simply be analyzed in the lab. In addition to mold spores, air sampling can also be conducted for fibers such as pollen, insect parts, skin cell fragments, asbestos, glass fibers, cellulose, and clothing fibers, as well as organic particles like ceramics, fly ash, and copitoner. Under poor environmental conditions, much more accurate and precise measurements can be sought by verifying compliance with regulations on a regular or continuous basis. Digital control pumps can adjust airflow from 5 to several thousand (usually between 4000 and 5000) ml/min using a built-in airflow indicator. For example, SKC's pocket pump displays airflow and pressure and is equipped with both constant flow mode and constant pressure mode. In this case, the pressure is 28.94 inches of mercury (inHg).

Application Introduction: Correct Pressure for Medical Devices
Gas control, medical control systems, air compressors, and vacuum pumps are all possible equipment used in medical or veterinary offices. In all these systems, monitoring and controlling pressure is necessary to achieve appropriate, efficient, and safe values. The Patton medical gas control panel for nitrogen displays the supply (95 psi) and outlet (82 psi) pressures. While gauges are commonly used so that medical professionals can easily observe pressure during procedures, installing micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) sensors on the back of the panel allows for local or remote monitoring of data. With digital data, it is possible to execute alerts and use archived data to properly maintain oxygen supply levels during surgery.
Aboutオールデバイス
MEMS piezoresistive pressure sensors, ultra-small pressure sensors, temperature sensors, airflow sensors, and many other products are also available.
All Devices Co., Ltd. (formerly All Sensors Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.) was established on July 1, 2015. Our sensors, utilizing unique sensing technology, achieve high precision and stability, particularly in low-pressure and micro-pressure applications. We have gained support from companies that require accurate measurement of small pressures in fields such as medical, industrial, and IoT. Requests from our customers have expanded beyond differential pressure, leading to numerous inquiries and orders. We are now able to assist not only with fluid measurements such as pressure, flow rate, and wind speed but also with various sensors for temperature, oxygen, and even consulting services. In light of this progression, we have changed our company name to All Devices Co., Ltd. to reflect our capability to respond to any inquiries. Although we have changed our name, we will continue to provide support as the official representative office of All Sensors in the Asia Pacific region, just as we have in the past. We are committed to enhancing our expertise and international perspective to meet the expectations of even more customers. All Devices Co., Ltd. President and CEO, Tetsuo Hata
