By adopting high heat-resistant, low-loss SiC modules, we have simplified the water cooling circuit and reduced the required flow rate, achieving a 20% reduction in size compared to the conventional EKOHEAT series and lowering the failure rate. Additionally, we have incorporated Modbus TCP alongside the traditional RS485 and Modbus RTU, enabling high-speed communication to support Industry 4.0.
