Quality improvement of the heat treatment process (free initial heating test)

We solve various challenges in the heat treatment process with high-frequency induction heating.

Induction heating (IH) is a non-contact heating method that uses no flames to heat conductive materials such as metals and carbon. **Benefits of Induction Heating** - **Improvement of Cycle Time/Takt Time** The output of induction heating is consumed directly on the workpiece as self-heating, allowing for rapid temperature rise. - **Improvement of Yield and Assurance of Reproducibility** Due to the electrical control of heating, the reproducibility of the heating process is enhanced. - **Improvement of Workpiece Quality** The shape of the heating coil allows for control of the heating area, and rapid heating reduces heat conduction to areas that do not require heating, leading to quality improvements. - **Improvement of Workplace Environment** Unlike heating methods that burn combustible materials, it does not produce combustion byproducts, thus reducing the emission of pollutants. The absence of open flames and high-temperature surfaces of furnace bodies helps to minimize the rise in ambient temperature. - **SDGs/Decarbonization** By directly transmitting energy to the heated object, thermal losses are minimized. Efficiency can reach up to 90-95%, significantly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions in the manufacturing process.

basic information

We have a product lineup with various operating frequency ranges in the output range of 2 to 500 kW, and we will select the equipment according to the heating conditions. To assist in your consideration of implementation, we offer free heating tests for the first time. It is possible to send only the workpiece or to conduct tests with your presence. After receiving information about the material and dimensions of the workpiece to be heated, as well as the target temperature and time, we will select the appropriate testing machine (output and frequency range) and test coil suitable for the heating conditions. *Depending on the shape of the workpiece and heating conditions, a simplified output estimation or simulation may also be possible.
