Examples of lightning protection measures for electrical equipment: Water-related treatment facilities
The lightning protection measures for the inverter driving the pump have received high praise as our unique proposal!
We would like to introduce examples of lightning protection measures for electrical equipment at water-related treatment facilities. Water supply and sewage facilities are critical infrastructure where shutdowns are not permitted. However, many of these facilities are located in suburban or mountainous areas with frequent thunderstorms, and they often contain instrumentation equipment and telemetry, which are relatively susceptible to lightning strikes, leading to a high incidence of lightning damage. Our lightning arresters are installed on power supplies, communication lines, instrumentation signal lines, inverters, and various equipment both inside and outside the facility, protecting the equipment from lightning. 【Case Overview】 - Lightning arresters are installed on the power supply sections of telemetry panels and instrumentation panels, as well as on telemetry communication lines and measurement signals from field equipment. - We also propose installation on the power supply and signal lines of measurement equipment on the field side. - In cases where wiring distances are long, lightning arresters are installed on self-owned communication lines between equipment and control signal lines between panels. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
◎Small installation space - The installation area is small compared to the processing capacity, allowing it to be installed in narrow spaces. ◎Low load on factory buildings - With the motor located at the center of the centrifuge, there is minimal vibration, which has no impact on the frame or buildings. ◎Prevention of foreign matter contamination - There are no wear parts like belts, eliminating the occurrence of contamination and making maintenance easy.
-
◎Improvement of cleanability and prevention of foreign matter contamination - Since the contact parts and the basket section fully open, it becomes easier to clean and verify cleaning, thereby reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination. ◎Reduction of cleaning and verification time for the machine - The entire casing opens widely at the top, allowing for a reduction in cleaning time inside the machine. ◎Labor saving and reduction of labor costs - Cleaning can be done in a short time, leading to labor saving and a reduction in labor costs.
