What is hard anodizing?
Mainly used for wear resistance and heat resistance applications. It can generate a dense thick film.
Hard anodizing, also known as hard anodic oxidation film or hard film, is processed for products in various fields such as industry, medical, and sports equipment. Typically, a hard and thick film with a thickness of 20 to 30 micrometers or more is obtained, resulting in high insulation properties. Anodizing is performed by passing current through an electrolytic solution to generate the film, which heats up due to Joule heating. The process of quickly and uniformly treating this heat at low temperatures to produce a dense thick film is known as hard anodizing. 【Features】 - Processed for products in various fields such as industry, medical, and sports equipment - Mainly used for wear resistance and heat resistance applications - Capable of generating a dense thick film *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
