Laser solder cream can be applied using a non-contact jet dispenser! Significant reduction in takt time and application to areas that are difficult to reach with printing methods is achieved!
The piezoelectric jet dispenser manufactured by Vermes allows for fine application through parameter settings in milliseconds. The cream solder for lasers has a higher viscosity and is more difficult to apply than the cream solder for jet dispensers, but by using the high application force MDV3280, we have succeeded in applying the previously impossible laser cream solder.
