A piezo element operating at a maximum of 3000Hz enables high-speed and precise stable application through non-contact high-speed coating and controllable parameters under 0.1 msec. It is normally closed, making it specialized for low-viscosity materials such as inks and paints, and its structure minimizes leakage even when the power is off. It can be applied to a wide variety of materials, and maintenance is easy due to its modular components.
