High-precision jet dispenser capable of micro to large volume application and low to high viscosity application [Pre-coating tests in progress].
It is possible to continuously apply micro and fine coatings stably at a maximum of 3000Hz with a minimum of 0.4nl. Parameters can be freely changed to accommodate a wide variety of materials. Furthermore, functions such as adjustment and optimization of the piezo during operation have been automated.
