License-free compact full electric bicycle

Scheduled for sale on Makuake in autumn 2025, with a planned release in spring 2026. It is a bicycle-type specific small motorized bicycle, so those aged 16 and over do not need a license, and while wearing a helmet is encouraged, it can be ridden on public roads as a light vehicle like a bicycle. Performance confirmation tests certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will also be conducted, and it complies with the safety standards set by the government (scheduled for August 2025). With a charging cost of 10 yen per use, it can travel approximately 40 km, making it about one-tenth the cost of a scooter. Simply twisting the throttle allows it to travel at 20 km/h (similar to a bicycle), making it easy to tackle hills. It is optimized for short trips of 5-10 km, making daily commuting, traveling to the station, and shopping much more convenient.
