The "AATM Series" is a fully automatic tempering machine that incorporates necessary hot water and cooling functions. By simply connecting it to a power outlet (3-phase, 200V, 50/60Hz) after replenishing the refrigerant water or coolant, it can be used immediately. The capacity is 100 kg or 200 kg per hour (varies depending on the melting point of the contained fats).
