The ENROBING MACHINE "Enrober" is a machine suitable for chocolate coating various products such as snacks, biscuits, and cereal bars. By switching the internal temperature to warm air, there is no variation in temperature compared to conventional heated rollers. Additionally, because coating is done using a winding roll, the product rows remain undisturbed, allowing for 3 to 4 rows to flow simultaneously. (Note: This may vary depending on the size of the products being processed.) The hopper, net, and chocolate sections can be removed, enabling quick disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. The effective belt width ranges from 300 to 1200 mm, allowing for coating on the top, bottom, sides, and entire surface of the products. 【Features】 - A precisely designed coating hopper that creates a uniform chocolate curtain over the products. - The net vibration system and two-stage warm air blower allow for adjustments to the thickness and pattern of the coating. - The speed of the net conveyor, net vibration system, and warm air blower can all be easily controlled from the controller located at the top of the machine. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
