At the Analysis Center Co., Ltd., we conduct qualitative analysis of food-grade tar dyes in food products. Coloring agents can be divided into those extracted from plants and animals and those synthesized chemically. Among the chemically synthesized coloring agents, 12 types of tar dyes are designated as food additives.
