Case: Arrangement of a 1,140-ton nuclear power plant module

Equipped with the SyncHoist system! A case where the length of the rigging could be easily and accurately adjusted.

South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) is working on an expansion project for a nuclear power plant and was tasked with installing a 2.4 million pound CA01 module. The CA01 module is not only very large and heavy but also generally has an irregular shape, making it difficult to handle within the required tolerances, necessitating additional personnel, equipment, and time. In response, Enerpac provided the SyncHoist system, a lifting device under the hook consisting of multiple specialized hydraulic cylinders. This system allowed operators to monitor and adjust each lifting point individually or in sync together with precision. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
