Case: Transportation of replacement parts for reactor vessel heads.
Enables the transportation of plates through existing hatches, saving crucial time for the project!
We would like to introduce a case study on the transportation of replacement parts for the reactor vessel head. To provide radiation shielding at the bottom of the head assembly of the reactor vessel, it was necessary to transport a steel plate with a diameter of 14 feet and a thickness of 3 feet through the narrow passage of the equipment hatch in the reactor building. To avoid waiting for a large opening to become available, the size and load capacity of the "SPMT600" made it possible to transport the plate through the existing hatch, saving critical time for the project. 【Case Overview】 ■ Customer: PSC (New Orleans, Louisiana, USA) ■ Product: Self-propelled modular trailer SPMT600 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
