Case study: Repair of building foundations after an earthquake.
Each cylinder was mounted on a steel stool connected to the building's foundation!
After a devastating earthquake, 2,800 tons of buildings in the city center fell from their foundations, requiring a lift of up to 300mm to level them. Using the EVO synchronized lifting system, we managed the lifting force and extension of 22 high-tonnage double-acting CLRG series hydraulic cylinders, safely and accurately raising the foundation and buildings to the required position. Draw wire stroke sensors were installed at each lifting position, providing displacement information to maintain synchronization accuracy of less than 1mm across all positions. By managing the lift operations from a single central control system, safety and operational productivity were improved. 【Case Overview】 ■Customer: Sync Lift Systems Ltd.
