Example: Lifting and placing a concrete girder.

Provides precise load handling in both vertical and horizontal directions using a single crane!

To construct an 850-meter pedestrian riverwalk, it was necessary to lift and position a precast concrete girder weighing 385 tons. Universal Cranes mounted a crane on a 280-ton barge and installed a radio-controlled diesel-powered "SyncHoist system" under the crane hook to install the concrete girder. The "SyncHoist" provides precise vertical and horizontal load handling using a single crane instead of requiring multiple cranes. By utilizing SyncHoist technology, it is possible to safely control uneven loads of irregular shapes weighing several hundred tons while also reducing the risk of damage from wire rope vibrations caused by sudden starts and stops of the crane. 【Case Overview】 ■ Client: Universal Cranes (Brisbane, Australia) ■ Product: SyncHoist System *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
