高圧ピストンポンプ式
高効率低圧ポンプの採用により、前シリーズと比較して33％アップの低圧吐出量を実現しました。タンク設置取付形状や搭載バルブは前シリーズと互換性があります。高低圧2段切換えのポンプは、低圧はギヤーポンプで早送りし、圧力が7MPaに達すると自動的に高圧ピストンポンプに切換り、70MPaまで昇圧します。標準モデルは6種類ラインアップされ、連続稼動仕様も用意されています。

【F701-10, 12, 16】 Small-sized rolling knurling tool for flat surfaces - Can perform flat surface processing on workpieces with a diameter of 50 mm or less. - The holder has a simple structure with a single wheel attachment. - Two types of wheels, φ10 and φ15, can be used. - Please check the corresponding processing diameter and the wheel protrusion distance (dimension X) from the holder dimension table to select the appropriate wheel. - Recommended for flat surface processing on Swiss-type automatic lathes. The design does not interfere with the guide bush even on Swiss-type automatic lathes.

[F701-20, 25-N] Flat Surface Rolling Knurling Tool - Can be used for flat surface processing on workpieces with a diameter of 200 mm or less. - The holder has a simple structure with one wheel attachment that can be used for both left and right orientations. - Two types of wheels, φ20 and φ25, can be used. - Please refer to the holder dimension table to check the compatible processing diameters and the wheel protrusion distance (dimension X) to select the appropriate wheel.

[F711-10, 12, 16] Universal Pattern-Compatible Knurling Tool - It can process both flat and cross knurling on workpieces with a diameter of 24 mm or less. - There are three wheel mounting holes; for flat knurling, one wheel is mounted in the center, and for cross knurling, one wheel is mounted on each side. - Recommended for cross knurling on Swiss-type automatic lathes. The design does not interfere with the guide bushing even on Swiss-type automatic lathes.

[F712-08U, 10U, 12U-LD] Roller Knurling Tool for Automatic Lathe Shoulder Processing - It can process both flat and diagonal knurling on workpieces with a diameter of 45mm or less. - This holder is designed to allow knurling up to the edge of steps. - The head section has been miniaturized and optimized for use on Swiss-type automatic lathes. - If step edge processing is not required, the more rigid F711 type is recommended.
