Hardening of image processing methods

A company specializing in image processing will teach you know-how.

The sample of the main image presents the practical theme of "classifying bolts and nuts and counting each of their quantities." For the main event on October 10, we have prepared a different practical theme, but I will explain regarding the bolts and nuts. The necessary image processing involves labeling and feature extraction. Once we understand the features, we can classify whether it is a bolt or a nut based on "circularity" and derive their respective quantities. Furthermore, in response to the need for "higher speed," we can say, "let's hardware the labeling circuit (using FPGA)," which can also be adapted to applications where tact time is essential.
