One-shot puncher *Can be attached to a robotic arm with a sound level of 100 dB or lower.
The one-shot hammer that no one else made! It's been molded and riveted, and it's received great acclaim for being able to hit steadily!
The single-shot air hammer "One Shot Puncher" was developed because continuous impact hammers produced overlapping sounds that generated noise levels exceeding 110 dB, posing a risk of hearing impairment. Additionally, even when a cloth was used to cushion the chisel, the torque cross was still significant. Thus, the single-shot air hammer "One Shot Puncher" was conceived. The sound level ranges from 84 decibels to 90 decibels during dry firing. Since the sounds do not overlap, it is relatively quiet. A 10mm dowel pin can be driven in at 0.55 megapascals. The number of impacts can be selected based on the length and depth of the drive. Furthermore, during trimming of aluminum castings, it is significantly quieter compared to continuous impact hammers. It can also be mounted on a robotic arm. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.
