We have confirmed the existence of a "fake online shopping site" that is unlawfully using our company name, "Aqua System Co., Ltd.," product images from our operated online shop "Pompuyasan," the name of our representative, sales manager, location, phone number, and our company logo. These sites copy the information of our company and products directly, impersonating us as if we are operating them, and are fraudulent sites that deceive customers into paying for products. Our company does not engage in extreme discount sales. We do not handle products other than those listed under "Aqua System Co., Ltd." and "Pompuyasan," so please be cautious not to make purchases simply because they appear cheap. In the case of fake or fraudulent sites, there may be no contact information provided, or domains other than our dedicated address "@aqsys.co.jp" may be used. We will never ask for payments to be made to foreign bank accounts or personal accounts. Payment methods may be limited to bank transfers in advance or cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of goods). If you use these fraudulent sites, there is a possibility that you may not receive the product even after making a payment, or that your personal information may be unlawfully obtained.
